How experts are peer-ranked
iziRisk experts and contributors carry a peer rating so you can judge the credibility of the sources behind an answer. Here is exactly how that rating is produced.
Who can rate
Signed-in users rate the contributions they read. Each user can leave one rating per contribution, and can update it at any time — so the score reflects considered, non-duplicated feedback.
The scale
Every contribution is rated from 1 to 5 stars. A contributor’s displayed rating is the average of all star ratings across all of their approved contributions, shown with the number of ratings it is based on.
Where it appears
A contributor’s rating is shown next to their name in the References under each AI answer, on their public profile, and in the Experts Directory — where you can also filter experts by language and area of quantitative expertise.
How it updates
Ratings roll up to the contributor immediately. As a contributor publishes more work and receives more ratings, their average reflects the full body of their contributions.
Founder content
Fernando Hernandez’s teaching content is the platform’s foundational material and is temporarily shown at the maximum rating while the community rating base grows.
Fairness & integrity
Because ratings are tied to a signed-in identity and limited to one per contribution, the score resists manipulation. Only approved contributions are eligible to be rated.
